This privacy policy ("Policy") outlines our personal data privacy practices in connection with your use of the following services, products, and related mobile applications (collectively referred to as "Products"):
Confirmation
If you prefer not to provide your profile data when using any service, you can use the app without logging in or creating an account. You will still be able to access certain features, such as searching and browsing.
At this time, we do not collect personal data related to accounts, and the data we collect will be limited to what you have authorized for the use of the app and/or additional functions of the smart device, along with corresponding usage information.
However, if the service you request or purchase requires an account, please visit the registration/login page for further instructions.
Welgoo Mobile App
Before using our products, please carefully read this policy to understand how we collect, process, use, store, share, and transmit your personal data. This policy also explains how you can exercise your rights to access, update, delete, or protect your personal data.
By registering your personal data and using our products, you indicate that you fully understand and agree to this policy, unless you explicitly object to its terms.

For mobile applications of other brands, Zhile Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. processes personal data under the control of our customers. We collect information based on our customers' instructions, and such data processing is limited to providing the services our customers have requested.
Definition
Personal Data: Information, whether electronic or otherwise, that can identify an individual or reflect their activities. This may include information on its own or in combination with other data we have access to about that individual.
Personal Sensitive Data: Includes biometric information, communication records and content, health data, transaction details, and precise location information. When collecting such data, we will provide an explicit notification and obtain your consent before processing your Personal Sensitive Data.
Smart Devices: Computing devices produced by hardware manufacturers that have a human-machine interface and the ability to wirelessly transmit data. These include smart home appliances, wearable devices, smart air purifiers, and more.
What Personal Data Do We Collect
1 Information You Voluntarily Provide Us
1.1 Account or Profile Data
When you register an account, we may collect your name, contact details (e.g., email address, phone number), username, and login credentials. As you interact with our products, we may also collect additional information, such as your nickname, profile picture, country code, language preference, and time zone.
If you authorize login to the products using a third-party account, we will obtain your account information (e.g., profile picture, nickname, region, gender) from the third party. This information may be linked to your Zhile Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. account for quicker login. We will ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws, as well as any agreements, policies, or documentation related to personal data sharing with the third party.
1.2 Feedback
When using the feedback and suggestion features in our products, we will collect your email address, phone number, and feedback content to address your issues and resolve device failures promptly.
1.3 Information Based on Additional Functions
To provide you with more convenient and high-quality services, we may collect and use certain information if you consent to using additional features in the app. If you choose not to provide this information, you can still use the basic services of the app and connected smart devices, though some additional features may not be available. These additional functions may include:
1.3.1 Additional Functions Based on Location Information
When you enable location-based functions through your device's permission settings, we will collect and process your location information to support features such as pairing with smart devices. Additionally, we may collect real-time or approximate geo-location data when you use certain smart devices or services, such as robot cleaners and weather services.
You can decline the use of your location information by adjusting the permission settings in the services. In this case, we will stop collecting and using your location data.
1.3.2 Additional Services Based on Camera
By enabling camera permission, you can use the camera to scan codes, pair with smart devices, record videos, etc. Please note that we will only collect information when you actively use the camera for these purposes.
1.3.3 Additional Services for Accessing and Uploading Photos/Videos
By enabling photo album permission, you can upload photos or videos to change your avatar, report device issues with photo evidence, and more. While we do not process this information during regular use, if you report a device issue, we may use the uploaded photos/videos to help identify the problem.
1.3.4 Additional Services Based on Microphone
By enabling microphone permission, you can use the microphone to send voice commands, record videos, activate the voice assistant, and more. We will collect your voice data only when you voluntarily activate the microphone in the app.
1.3.5 Additional Services Based on Storage Permissions
To ensure the app operates smoothly, we may use storage permissions to access pictures, files, crash logs, and other necessary data from your device. This enables functions such as information publishing and local crash log recording.
Please note that by granting storage permissions, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal data for these services. If you revoke any permission, we will stop collecting data based on that permission, and the related features may be disabled. However, revoking permissions will not affect data collected prior to the change.
2 Information We Collect Automatically
2.1 Device Information: When you interact with our product, we automatically collect device information, such as the MAC address, IP address, wireless connection details, operating system type and version, app version, push notification identifier, log files, and mobile network information.
2.2 Usage Data: During your interaction with our Sites and Services, we automatically collect certain usage data, including information about visits, clicks, downloads, messages sent and received, and other activities performed on our Sites and Services.
2.3 Log Information: When you use our app, system and error logs may be uploaded to our servers. Device Information and Log Information, by themselves, do not identify any specific individual. However, if such non-personal information is combined with other data that can identify an individual, it will be treated as Personal Data. Unless otherwise required by applicable data protection laws and regulations, or unless we have obtained your explicit consent, we will anonymize or otherwise de-identify this information.
2.4 Location Information: When you enable location-based features on your mobile device, we collect and process your location information to provide certain functions, such as pairing with your smart devices. In addition, we may collect precise or approximate real-time geolocation data when you use certain products or services, such as our Welgoo products.
3 Smart Device Information
3.1 Basic Information about Smart Devices
When you connect your smart devices to our Products or Services, we may collect basic information about them, including the device name, device ID, online status, activation time, firmware version, and update details.
3.2 Information Provided by Smart Devices
Depending on the smart devices you choose to connect to our Products or Services, we may collect various types of information provided by those devices.
For example, if you choose to connect with Apple Health, we will share your measurement data with Apple Health (including only your BMI, height, weight, and body fat percentage). This data is shared solely to measure and analyze health-related indicators relevant to you, and we will not disclose it to any third parties.
You may revoke this connection at any time by managing the HealthKit settings on your device.
In-App Purchases and Shopping Services
When you use the in-app purchase function, the specific scenarios involving the collection of personal information are as follows:
1 Display and Notifications of Products/Services
In order to provide you with accurate displays of products or services, we collect your “Add to Cart” information, order information, return/exchange and after-sales information, and delivery address. If you set up a product pre-order, we will collect your reservation information to send you reminder notifications when the product becomes available for sale.
1.1 Provision and Display of Member Benefits
The platform provides you with benefits such as discounts and coupons. To this end, we collect the following information: your account level; log information (including browsing, clicking, interaction behavior records, the time of the behavior, visited pages/products; the specific content varies depending on the type of behavior); and information you voluntarily provide (such as SN numbers, bound email addresses, mobile phone numbers, delivery addresses, and names, so that we may contact you for delivery arrangements). These benefit details are displayed in the “Personal Center” of the shopping mall, where you can check any updates to your benefits at any time.
In addition, in order to extend further benefits to you, we will use your log information within the App (including browsing, clicking, interaction behavior records, the time of the behavior, visited pages/products, the specific content varying by behavior type), as well as the log information of the devices you connect (including cleaning data such as cleaning area, duration, time, and region; obstacle-crossing/avoidance data; base station data; number of feature usages, the specific content varying depending on the type of cleaning device).
1.2 Ordering and Order Management
When you purchase a specific product, the system will generate a corresponding order. You are required to provide at least the recipient’s name, delivery address, and mobile phone number. The order will also include the order number, product/service purchased, order creation time, payment method, payable amount, information on changes to membership benefits such as points or coupons, as well as any remarks you provide. The above collectively constitute your “Order Information.”
To provide you with order-related services, we use your Order Information to verify your identity, confirm the transaction, process payments, arrange delivery, enable you to query/view order details, and provide customer support and after-sales services.
When you enter a delivery address, with your authorization and consent, we may access precise geolocation permissions to obtain your current location in order to help you quickly complete the delivery address. Please note: precise geolocation constitutes sensitive personal information. If you choose not to provide it, you may be unable to use the “quick address fill-in” function, but this will not affect your normal use of other App functions. Delivery addresses you have used will be saved under “Mall > Address Management,” where you may edit or delete them at any time.
1.3 Order Payment
After placing an order, you may choose to complete payment through services provided by third-party payment institutions with which we cooperate (such as PayPal, Stripe, Square, or other credit card payment channels, depending on the actual supported methods, hereinafter collectively referred to as “Payment Institutions”). In order for the Payment Institution to verify your payment instructions and complete the payment, we must share your Order Information and transaction amount information with these Payment Institutions. At no point during or after the payment process do we collect any of your credit card payment-related information.
1.4 Delivery of Products or Services
Once you have placed an order and completed online payment, a third-party logistics company with which we cooperate will be responsible for delivery. The logistics company will use your Order Information in the delivery process to ensure secure delivery of the purchased products. To provide you with after-sales services and dispute resolution, we may collect from the relevant logistics service provider information related to delivery progress and status.
2 Customer Service
To provide you with support related to our products and services, if you require further assistance, you may initiate pre-sales or after-sales inquiries directly within the “Service” section of the App. During your communication with customer service, we will collect the information you voluntarily provide to better resolve your issues.
Depending on the type of after-sales service you select, we may use your UID, Order Information, corresponding SN numbers, and personal information you voluntarily provide (including recipient’s name, delivery address, recipient’s contact number, and problem description). If you need to upload or capture photos/videos to report an issue, with your consent, we will request access to your camera, photo album, and external storage.
Please note: in order to better provide services, when you use the Q&A function, we anonymize your conversation records and, under the condition that your personal identity cannot be identified, use them for after-sales data analysis. During the after-sales service process, we will provide clear notifications reminding you that there is no need to enter any personal information you do not wish to disclose.
3 Feedback and Suggestions
Your feedback is essential for us to improve our services and help resolve issues you may encounter while using the App and devices. To track and process your feedback, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including your UID, feedback content (including text and images), device identifiers, and the model name and operating system version of your mobile device.
In addition, if you encounter any problems while using the App, you may choose to upload key information at your discretion to help us more efficiently resolve issues in your daily use.
Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
We may process your personal data for the following purposes:
1. Providing Services: We process your account, device, usage, location, and Smart Device data to provide the Services you request. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you under the User Agreement.
2. Improvement and Security: We analyze device and usage data to ensure service functionality and safety, improve user experience, optimize operations, and prevent fraud or misuse. The legal basis is the performance of our contract and legitimate interests.
3. Non-marketing Communication: We may use your data to send important service information, updates to terms or policies, and service notifications. You can manage these notifications in the App (“Me > Message Center > Settings > Notification Settings”). The legal basis is the performance of our contract.
4. Data Analysis: We may analyze usage data to troubleshoot product malfunctions or improve features. Some analysis may be essential for service quality and cannot be opted out of; other analyses can be opted out of in the App (“Me > Settings > Privacy Settings > Data Analysis”). The legal basis is your consent for optional analysis.
5. Marketing and Personalization: We may process your data to personalize your experience, such as product recommendations or surveys. You may opt out in the App (“Me > Settings > Privacy Settings > Personalization”). The legal basis is your consent.
6. Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, protect rights or safety, or prevent fraud or technical issues.
Note: If the purposes of data processing change, we will notify you via a prominent notice in the App or on our website, along with your options regarding your personal data.
Who Do We Share Personal Data with?
At Zhile Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., we only share your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. Possible recipients include:
1. Third-Party Service Providers: Service providers who perform business-related functions for us, such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing, IT support, customer service, and email delivery. These providers process personal data on our behalf.
2. Business Partners and Customers: Partners who provide you with Smart Devices, networks, or platforms to access our Services.
3. Subsidiaries and Affiliates: Within our corporate group, for regular business activities, under confidentiality and security measures, and in compliance with applicable law.
4. Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, sale, reorganization, or transfer of our business or assets, your personal data may be transferred. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website.
5. Legal Compliance and Protection: We may disclose your personal data if necessary to: Comply with laws, regulations, legal processes, or government requests; Enforce our User Agreement, policies, or investigate potential violations; Protect our operations, systems, rights, property, or safety of others; Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.
Except as described above, we will only share your personal data with other third parties if you have given consent.
International Transfer of Information Collected
Zhile Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. will comply with applicable data localization requirements in relevant jurisdictions. To operate our services, we may transfer, store, and process your personal data in countries other than your country of residence. Laws in these countries may differ from those in your country.
When transferring your personal data internationally, we will ensure appropriate safeguards, such as:
- Agreement on the basis of approved EU standard contractual clauses per GDPR Art. 46.
- Other internationally recognized mechanisms to ensure adequate protection, in accordance with applicable laws.

Security Measures
We use commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Data. Zhile Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. provides various security strategies to effectively ensure data security of user and device. As for device access, Zhile Innovation Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. proprietary algorithms are employed to ensure data isolation, access authentication, applying for authorization. As for data communication, communication using security algorithms and transmission encryption protocols and commercial level information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys are supported. As for data processing, strict data filtering and validation and complete data audit are applied. As for data storage, all confidential information of users will be safely encrypted for storage. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you could immediately notify us of the problem by emailing support@welgoo.com.
Data Retention
We process your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to provide the products and services you request or to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. When you request deletion of your Personal Data, we will complete the removal accordingly. If technical limitations prevent immediate deletion, we will take appropriate measures to prevent further use of your Personal Data.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes we will notify you by means of a notice in the mobile applications prior to the change becoming effective.
